In order to deepen the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully leverage the advantages of party building, integrate high-quality resources of schools and enterprises, carry out all-round, multi domain, and deep level cooperation in party building, and create a new pattern of party building work in which schools and enterprises jointly build and share, complement each other in learning, and promote both integration and promotion. On March 10th, our company held a joint party building community and “Honor Biology” scholarship award ceremony with the School of Medicine and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University.
Before the ceremony, both the school and the enterprise had in-depth introductions and exchanges on the development situation. I hope to deepen the standardization and standardization construction of school enterprise party organizations, comprehensively improve the efficiency of co construction, and build a school enterprise joint party building community by consolidating the organizational foundation, strengthening team quality, and expanding communication channels.
At the meeting, both parties signed an agreement on the joint construction of a school enterprise party building community, which clearly stated that they will continue to optimize the mechanism of school enterprise party building, regular communication and exchange, complementary talent resources, and joint research and sharing, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of Taizhou’s medical and chemical industry.
Subsequently, our company held a ceremony to award the “Honor Biology” scholarship. Intended to inspire medical and chemical students to create a good academic atmosphere, establish correct values, create a better future with outstanding achievements, and strive to achieve their life goals.
Chairman Chen Rener accompanied Vice President Wang Zheng and other school officials to visit the Party Building Activity Center and Research Laboratory of Honor Company. I have gained a deep understanding of our company’s corporate culture of pursuing excellence, striving for excellence, promoting integrity and well-being, and striving for excellence.
Our company focuses on the research and production of veterinary drug raw materials and preparations, pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, and has established research and talent training platforms such as provincial enterprise research institutes, provincial small and medium-sized enterprise technology centers, and national postdoctoral workstations (sub stations). As early as 2011, the School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering and our company jointly established the Taizhou University Key Teaching and Practice Base. Every year, nearly 200 students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Chemical Engineering conduct internships and internships at the base.
